Tuesday, October 3, 2017                8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Wednesday, October 4, 2017           8:30 am – 2:00 pm            Exam at 12:30 pm

The Urban Forestry Certification Program is a 3-day intensive training program meant to prepare attendees to gain an industry certification endorsed by Auburn University at Montgomery, the AUFA, industry employers and the Green Industry Web Portal. See study materials at www.giwportal.org.

Content includes pruning, planting, tree identification, disorders, soils, and much more! The class is an excellent way to begin your Arborist Certification exam studies and learn how to manage urban trees… or brush up on the latest research while earning CEU’s. Instructors include ISA Certified Arborists and industry educators. There is a comprehensive exam on day 3. Tuition for ALL 3 days is only $75 (or $50 for AUFA members). ISA and TCIA CEU’s are available all three days. Refreshments are provided, however, lunch each day is on your own.
